In June 2026, Newsmax — one of the largest American news networks, present in more than 100 countries — appointed Walid Arfush to advise on its international expansion, working alongside CEO Christopher Ruddy on growth, strategic partnerships and media development.
The mandate focuses on Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Turkey and Africa — regions identified as strategic for the brand. Newsmax's licensing model lets local broadcasters carry the network in their own language, with partnerships already running across several European markets.
